The most stunning handmade vintage 90s dress featuring floral pattern and an added collar as well as a matching belt to cinch it at the waist. Easy to style, goes super well with platform boots. Handmade in the 90s (apparently by somebody who had a great vision but was an absolute beginner, therefor it has a few little flaws such as a few loose threads. For details read below).
